I received this bong as a birthday gift and what I love most about it is how sleek and cool it looks, almost like a vase or glass decoration. It feels very luxurious and fancy! They weren't lying when they said easy to clean! By far the easiest to clean glassware I've ever owned.
Unfortunately, mine broke after being knocked over by the wind a couple weeks after receiving it. Customer service was so gracious and understanding in working with me to come up with a solution. My experience is businesses love to find a reason to tell a customer 'no,' but Session made every effort to say 'yes!' so they made me a customer for life. Can't recommend the bong for it's quality and the team for their kindness enough!
