Waking Up On Top Of A Cliff

Waking Up On Top Of A Cliff

It's 420, and we'd rather be waking up with a cup of coffee and a view at the Downs House II in Vancouver, Canada. Designed by Barry Downs in 1979.

Can you believe it? We just celebrated our 6th birthday, and now Halloween’s creeping up faster than a spider on a mission. The air’s getting cooler, and the vibe is shifting—there’s that perfect mix of anticipation and nostalgia swirling around, like the smell of pumpkin spice and cannabis (because why not both, right?). It feels like the perfect time to slow down, roll something up, and just... do nothing. Doing nothing is an underrated art form. Maybe that means zoning out to some music, letting the beat hit a little deeper—turns out weed really does make everything sound better, and there’s even a study backing that up now. Or maybe you’re into lighter moments, like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie whispering nonsense into microphones, tapping their nails for ASMR, just for the fun of it. Honestly, whatever “doing nothing” looks like to you, this season is the time for it.

Halloween costume ideas? Maybe channeling Chappell Roan’s energy? And we’re vibing to a track from The Linda Lindas’ latest album, because they’re always a good time.

So, without further ado, we have our weekly inspiration for you to spark your afternoon daydreams. 🌿✨

Cannabis 🤝 Listening To Music

A recent study suggests cannabis might do more than just help you relax—it could actually enhance your music experience. People report feeling more connected to the beats and lyrics when they're a little stoned, giving songs a new level of depth and meaning. The study dives into how the brain processes music differently when using cannabis, leading to heightened emotions and a deeper appreciation for sound. Basically, your playlist might sound even better next time you're enjoying a session.

The Simple Life But Really It's ASMR with Paris & Nicole

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie sat down with W Magazine to explore the world of ASMR, bringing their signature vibes to the quiet, tingly side of the internet. From tapping to whispering, these two icons dive into sounds that are oddly soothing and unexpectedly funny. It’s an entertaining, nostalgic throwback with a side of sensory delight.

Which Chappell Will You Be This Halloween?

Chappell Roan is probably the epitome of Halloween costume inspo this year. Her looks will have you hitting the thrift stores in full force. Whether you're feeling Lady Liberty vibes or ready to armor up as Joan of Arc, this guide is packed with ideas that are easy on the budget and high on creativity.
