It's 420, and we'd rather be in Devon at the Holly Water Cabin, surrounded by warm wood, lush greens & the kind of quiet that slows your thoughts down in the very best way. Designed by Out Of The Valley.

January always feels like it lasts three months, and somehow we’ve finally reached the end of it. The slow exhale. The quiet win. The point where you look around and realize you survived the cold, the calendars, the long nights, and whatever version of yourself showed up this month. Across the country (and honestly all over the world), it’s been properly freezing. The kind of cold that makes you rethink leaving the couch, the kind that turns staying in into a small act of self-care. We hope you’re warm wherever you are. Socks on. Lights low. Something good within reach.
This month felt like a soft reset with a little chaos sprinkled in. We talked about tolerance breaks — stepping back, recalibrating, letting things land where they land. We leaned into the importance of having the right munchies on hand, especially when it’s cold enough outside that snacks start to feel like survival tools. Comfort matters. Planning matters. Knowing what hits when you’re cozy and a little high matters too. Somewhere between all of that, we laughed our way through a surprisingly helpful breakdown of Gen Alpha slang. Equal parts confusing, hilarious, and oddly grounding. A reminder that every generation invents its own language, and sometimes it’s okay to just listen and nod.
Mostly, this month was about permission. To pause. To do nothing. To be still in whatever way feels right to you.
Let's Talk Munchies

When the couch feels like a destination (and with this weather, it definitely does) and the snacks start calling your name, the right munchies can quietly transform the whole vibe. We wandered through salty, sweet, creamy, and crunchy favorites. From chips and dip to ice cream. the kind of eats that make your high feel smooth and complete. It’s less about rules and more about the little moments that make sitting still feel like a choice worth savoring.

Dry January or T-Break?

Taking a pause from cannabis doesn’t have to be dramatic, it can be quiet, soft, and surprisingly clear. Tolerance breaks are really about giving your system space to reset, noticing how your body and mind feel without the usual background music, and returning with a gentler, more intentional relationship to your practice. It’s less about deprivation and more about rhythm and awareness. Think of it as a slow breath for your brain and your routine.
