What if my shipping address changes?
Prior to shipping out the reserved product, we will send an email reminding you to update your shipping information to your current address.
What is your return policy?
Returns will only be processed by contacting a representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be granted only if the product is sent back within 2 weeks of the original shipment date and if it is unused with the original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information.
How much does shipping cost?
Session shipping is calculated based on shipping regions*. Please note that all packages over $75 will be shipped with signature confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is delivered via USPS and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on your shipping region*.
How long until my order ships?
All orders placed before 2pm PST ship out same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
We understand that you want your privacy; all packages are shipped in a discreet brown box from label “S. Goods”.
However, "Session Corp" will show up on your billing statement. We cannot change this due to Visa/Mastercard regulations, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you would like to be notified when the product becomes available to ship internationally, please list your country when signing up for our newsletter.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
We do not ship to PO boxes or Military Post Offices.
What happens if my item breaks during shipping?
In addition to a pre-shipment inspection, Session pieces come in a custom box with custom foam inserts. Each box is then placed in bubble wrap and placed in a larger, discreet brown box.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Session will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label.
