In São Paulo, a city in Brazil, lies one of the most threatened rainforests in the world, The Atlantic Rainforest. The rainforest shelters Flora and Fauna, which are found nowhere else on Earth. Deep in the Atlantic Rainforest in the lush Ribeira Valley, you can find the world's highest concentration of glowing mushrooms. Above, we have the Mycena lucentipes, one of six new species of bioluminescent mushrooms found in Brazil's Atlantic Forest.

Did you know there's a Colonel Sanders Museum tucked inside KFC Headquarters? Neither did we. Journalist Dennis Lee visited KFC Headquarters in Louisville, KY, to check out KFC's Corporate Kitchen. His visit included how KFC makes some of its products, an insight into upcoming menu items, and designing a culinary dish of his own to see what goes into a fast food release.
